To request a speaker at your event or to speak at our general body meetings, please email speaker_request@moundcitybar.com and include the following:
• the nature and purpose of the presentation;• the duration of the presentation;• a copy of any material(s) (handouts, power-point, etc.) which will be utilized during the presentation;• a copy of any material(s) describing the presenter or the organization; and• an indication regarding whether the presenter will be available for a question & answer session following the presentation.• Members of Mound City Bar Association, if any, affiliated with this request. Co-Sponsorship of an Event with Other Organizations
If another organization/individual would like MCBA to co-sponsor an event with it, the organization/individual shall submit a written request at least 60 days in advance of the event to speaker_request@moundcitybar.com. The request shall include the following information:• the nature and purpose of the event;• the proposed date(s) of the event;• the desired level of MCBA involvement and any monetary requirements; • any literature describing the event and organizer; and• Members of Mound City Bar Association, if any, affiliated with this request.
